Lionsgate is doing the same to Repo! The Genetic Opera, a horror musical about a future where organ transplant can end in organ repossession for non-payers. Its release date was delayed and now it's coming out on ten (ten!) screens in November. I saw a prescreening of Repo! and liked it a lot, and I'm very disappointed that Lionsgate is apparently stomping all over it. It's a tremendously original work and it deserves to be seen.
