Did his PFAS fail or was he wearing it? Did he have training? Was it monitored and enforced? The "construction safety is our utmost concern and we believe that the construction manager, Hunter Roberts, has a good safety record. We will cooperate fully with the city's investigation of this tragic event," comments from construction managers, who are the ones who push the schedule/budget beyond safe reason, are the ones who should be held accountable. Shame.
