This reminds me of the suit against Michael Vick back in 2004-2005. He ended up settling out of court with a woman he gave the Herpes virus to. Even if Mrs. Lerner doesn't win her lawsuit, she can sleep soundly knowing that when karma catches up with her husband, he's going to wish that his only punishment was paying her $25 million.
