i found this article of be of prime interest because it is not so much important for what it proposes as what it does not propose. PARKING.. yes this site is adjacent to the metro north which will make it convenient to most but what about other employees from other locales like new jersey. who need to bring their cars. Let's call on the borough president, city council or other offical body to initiate some traffic studies now before the floodgates open up.

This conversion of a non profits existing parking lot into office space signals a trend. that promises to increase congestion if not explored now.
