Please explain to me how the city is able to get away with this. If the Supreme Court has ruled that it is an individual right to posses fire arms. How can they harass this Vietnam War Veteran? Once again, the Government shows us all just how much they value our service. Veterans are treated like trash in this country. The fact that he was homeless for awhile should disqualify all war veterans, as many of them will find themselves in this situation.
