Ask Mr. Floyd about the lack of an elevator apprenticeship program for the elevator workers in the NYCHA.They don't have an education program. Just a very nice trainning facility at LIC that is not used. Any real apprenticeship program takes years to complete. Ask Mr.Floyd about the lack of safety meetings and OSHA fall protection equipment for his elevator workers. Mr. Floyd has never attended a 237 teamsters elevator divsion union meeting. This is a public safety issue. The answer is to let the workers go back to a real elevator union. Local 1, IUEC
