I think the communist party is the biggest evil cult in the world. It lures people in with promises of utopia, brainwashes them, controls them; and if they start to think outside of their tiny box, it "re-educates" them through torture and more brainwashing. Then if anyone stands up against them or wants to leave their little cult, they send their henchment after them. They play on people's sentiments and twist them to their own use. They foment social unrest to pit different groups of people against each other so that they can keep their power - alternatively blaming different groups targeted by the regime for elimination for various social woes - twisting public sentiment. All it is is slight of hand so they won't look the governments way and see who is really to blame. It makes fools of the Chinese people. It is an embarrassment to them as it lies to them and the whole world.
