Outstanding editorial. SOX is a violation of the rights of businessmen. They are presumed guilty before they even act under this law; they are chained and function only by permission of an arbitrary bureaucrat. I don't think the man on the street who is yelling with a pitchfork understands just how much productivity and wealth has been lost through these regulations, which ultimately means the skin off his back. He would be spooked if he did. It is time to kill this vampire.
