The area in question is a commercial area, and these people are complaining because there's traffic and lots of trucks? I've got news for these people, the truck depots and Holland Tunnel were there first. The fact that they decided to lay down millions on a condo at the mouth of a major tunnel was their own decision, now live with it! Besides, a bit of grit and grim adds to the appeal, no? These people are insane. They want the services from the city, but they don't actually want to SEE it. These people are over pampered and make me sick.
