Have to disagree with you, Ren. Immigrants have always showed up here with no language skills or help and have managed to learn the language. Children are especially adept at this and can learn in a few months. But if the government is involved why bother trying so hard. That's the trouble. Multiculturalism is turning this city into a Tower of Babel.
