Another Bronx bottom feeder who has established a political empire as a poverty pimp. It's unfortunate that characters like him are the best the borough can put forward. Given the poverty rate and low level of educational attainment in the Bronx it would appear the voters need the best and the brightest and not the most venal and self-serving to represent them.
