I sure hope that Judy Hong is correct. There are still too many people smoking, with the death and disease that go with that unfortunate fact. I've seen a few people have their lives cut short, and others suffer a very poor quality of life due to cigarette use. And we all pay to some degree for the lost productivity and medical care.
