This recording is not about terrorists not succeeding in robbing new york of its humanity or any other silly platitude you may try to use. The anonymous 911 operator wasn't "New York." She was one woman, a real woman, and so was Melissa. A Woman slowly dying and knowing she was dying. This recording is a record of what greedy rich evil people will do for oil, insurance policies, power, and control.
