You didn't mention in your article what the democratic party did to Mr. Lieberman in the last election. I don't think that he owes them any allegiance when they deserted him over his stance about the war in Iraq and ran another person against him in the primary. Mr. Lieberman ran as an independent and won his seat without the democrat party. We need more senators and representatives in congress llke Mr. Lieberman who vote with the interest of the country in mind instead of their party loyalty.
