Condos have less to do with the overcrowding than does the fact that the city is just safer and a better place to live than it used to be. Families are choosing to stay longer because of these improvements not because of new condos. I'm just surprised that parents are willing to send their kids to schools run by Weingarten and her "you can't even fire child molesters" teacher's union.
