Ditto. It would be nice to see an article that dealt with more of the nuts and bolts of how hard the NYC DOB is making it for us to do this very safe work. With over 20 deaths in the city attributed to work at height, it is staggering to know that with 15 million man hours internationally and no deaths in 20 years, rope access is only allowed to inspect buildings not maintain or repair them and only after a draconian approval process.
