Kevin Powell is a complete joke. He has run the most unprofessional campaign in the history of NY Politics! In fact, as of this past weekend, he hadn't even officially registered with the FEC to even be a candidate. He has consistently missed expectations, whether it was the infamous Dave Chappelle no-show, promising orthodox Jews to "bring home the bacon," not getting his FED campaign fundraising report filed in time, jetting off on vacation to Texas to make money in the midst of promising 3 weeks of "nonstop campaigning" to the voters of Brooklyn. And most recently, he's called Congressman Ed Towns "racist." The former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus?!? Powell calls Towns Racist If Powell becomes the nominee, that means Brooklyn moves to the back of the line when it comes to federal funds and investment, behind 435 other politicians. Towns might not be the best candidate, but at least he has the seniority to deliver federal monies, and has.
