Mr. Obama is proposing one of the greatest tax increases in world history, entirely on the wealthiest 40% of the U.S. population — who already contribute more than 100% (yes, you read that correctly) of the U.S. government's personal income tax revenue. IF I read this correctly, the author has problems with math. 100% is all personal income tax revenue. No such thing as over 100%. I, for one, earn significantly less than 240,000 per year and I am paying quite a bit of personal income tax.
