One cannot believe that it would be OK to control 4 rent controlled apartments in NYC without the government overseers not knowing anything about it. How can these apartments be for resident occupancy only and 1 person controls 4?? Not only should Mr Rangel be brought up on charges but people in charge of overseeing the apartments also should be charged! Another political scam!
