Supreme Court Will Hear Cases On Union Political Activities

The downfall of Constitutional judges like Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas,as opposed to Marxists like Kennedy and the rest, is that Constitutionalists will properly restrict their rulings to the matter at hand. The Marxists will always use a narrow case to expand nonexistent rights and to promote the marxist agenda:

Destruction of the Family
Destruction of Private Property Rights
Destruciton of Religious Faith

In this case, as we have already seen in many similar examples, the marxists are fighting against private property rights - the right of the employee over their own money that they have earned. The marxists have established, with the full force of our government, that the employees' money does not belong to them, it belongs to the union to do with as they see fit, which is to support marxist politicians in their campaigns. The only alternative for non-marxist employees is to quit and find employment with non-union, non-marxist employers (which excludes all public agencies). Tough to do if you're a teacher, because the unions have a monopoly on teaching in the US, where freedom of choice does not exist.
