I say a prayer before I lay my head down to sleep for all those we have lost and who are still fighting the battle to this day. I pray for all the people who lost family in both the twin towers, flight 93, and in the war. I do not say a prayer for myself as I believe that would be selfish. I have not lost anyone although I am in mourning as all of America must be as I remember the day 7 years ago when i awoke to the news. I was in middle school and the news didn't really strike me until I got to school and what we did all day was watch the news that seemed to play a video of the attack over and over again. I got a feeling that day walking through the halls that I never felt before and never will feel again. So again I say a prayer for the families of people lost that day and in the war, as well as survivors of the horrific nightmare and for the soldiers serving our country in the time of need. Thank you and God bless.
