Yes, right, give the Cuban government credit to buy from the USA. Then they will simply not pay back, just like they have done before. There is nothing wrong with that. The creditors are insured by the Federal government. The American people (taxpayers) will end up paying for most of the unpaid dept. I would say that the solution is to get rid of the Castros that have destroyed Cuba then give the Cubans credit.
