The problem is that those with the abilities and will to earn wealth will still find ways around overtaxation or be demotivated to create wealth to be taxed and redistributed to the non-producers. It goes along with the old tenet: redistribute the world's wealth equally among all 6 billion+ and in 5-8 years, it will exactly where it is today. Wealth is a concept.
