Almost 2 1/2 years later Lenox Hill Hospital has not learned what happened to my mother the night she passed at the hospital. The medical records that I was told were not specific later became the reference I was told to go by. It was one hospital infection after the other. One doctor said "This is what happens when you are in the hospital too long" Another doctor told me "Just get her out of the hospital what ever you do" When I asked one nurse why she wouldn't help my mother eat she told me "We don't have time ,..you should hire somebody to come here and help her eat."
