Ah, now I understand why Prof. Dershowitz was holding court on impeachment vs indictment on the OpEd page of the NYC Times last week. He was text messaging his down-market Massachusetts legal scholor colleague at the Loon Left gathering. Does it concern others this sort of "detached" group is populated and lead by academics? Just imagine these "detached" campus types setting up their version of a "military recruiting" table at events...have they no sense of irony?
