I don't want to be biased on either side of the pendulum, but if your in 6th grade and just been introduced to the English language, how do you follow your history or math teacher when instruction is given in English? I still think that the concepts should be taught in their native language until they can learn English. Put your self in their shoes, imagine that you are them.
