At the top of the list should be Fred Wilpon, whose smarmy defense of Omar Minaya's West Coast Massacre of Willie Randolph, ranks as one of the most repellent performances in the history of American professional sports. Until then, I was a loyal Met fans, and had been one since the days of Joan Payson. Let's go Cubs!
