This just makes too much sense. Congress will never pass it. OH, and psssssstttt..... the Constitution says that only Congress has the power to coin money. Imagine that, set the standard AND issue the legal tender = control the currency. End of inflation. There's got to be something in there that the ACLU will find as "unconstitutional"....Call me cynical. :-)
