Never Sell America Short

On Thursday's Kudlow and Co., Larry Kudlow acted as if he were surprised to find out that many of these large investment banks had been using high leverage ratios. Leverage ratios aren't hidden. They are easily accessible. You can find it quickly doing a little stock research. It's disappointing and enlightening to realize that Kudlow and the entire CNBC network don't do any investigative research. They just broadcast what is happening now and they speculate about what will happen. They are guilty of negligence. They give the appearance of being informative and of providing facts but they don't. Their sole objective is to get viewers and they succeed in the good times and bad times. With CNBC's vast resources, how is it that no one noticed anything suspicious at so many of these large companies that have gone under. And include in that Enron and WorldCom.
