This is the physician featured in All of Us Dr. Mehret. My family and I have received many comments about this review from the Ethiopian community and I am compelled to respond. First of all, mom and dad, thanks for being troopers about this all. I know this has been tough and I never intended this to reflect on you guys in any way so let that be stated for the public record. To be clear, the "self-esteem" link is not the parallel I see between me and my patients. I never said that in the film nor does my writing about my work state this.
