As always, Mr. Schumer's hypocrisy and hyper-partisanship know no bounds. He, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Franks, and indeed a whole host of Democratic partisans have played a prominent role in facilitating the financial meltdown that our nation is currently coming to grips with. And generally speaking, their actions generally were motivated by electoral success and executed through populist demagoguery; the stock-in-trade of the political left...
