Doesn't common sense dictate that; If the The Supreme Court of the U.S. in June found the Bush administration's military tribunal system unconstitutional, it figures that the Guantanamo 'prisoners' should be freed, poste-haste, as there could not have been any 'law' that they had breached at the time of their improsonment? This would be regardless of whether Congress passed the Military Commission Act in September 2006, to replace an unconstitutional 'law'. The fact remains that, at the time of their illegal incarceration, into an American Concentration Camp, the detainees could not have broken any American law. Therefore, they should be released, immediately.
