Great article. I'm such a cookie lover and if I were living there still...I'd be checking it out in a heartbeat. Anyone who uses shortening ingredient are NUTS. Butter is always best for desserts. Think about it...shortening is nothing but tasteless fat. Butter...wow...full of flavor. Anyway....sorry I'm not there to truly find out about those cookies.
