On McCain's Postponement Of the First Debate Poor John McCain, it really seems to me, Irremediable is his tin ear. This is not what Americans want to hear: "Postpone debate, fix the economy!" "The fundamentals are sound" was bad enough ... But let it go. Please show us what you think! Alas, his command's chain is short a link, He steers clear of fair weather, heads for rough. Sarah, his only brilliant move to date, She brought vitality, excitement, youth; McCain, don't lose sight of this signal truth: "Thou'rt not yet President! Go thou debate!"
