We don't send Israel welfare. We send them military aid in the form of weapons American military contractors themselves build. Aid to Israel helps the American economy and provides a crucial allied presence within striking range of the Islamic terrorist bases in Lebanon and Syria. If Israel did not exist, America would have A LOT more problems over there then they do now.
