My problem is with the actual service on Maui. 'Called Failed' happens on almost every phone call. No service in my office, spotty when I'm traveling in my car (it fades in and out and you have to redial), barely service in my home and overall bad connection. I have complained before, however, today I was told that you should only 'expect' 2 bars on Maui and can expect no service inside a building! What? Since the whole conversation the day I was to get this phone was it was going to be my primary work phone, the 2-bar conversation should have been made. But it actually was how much I was going to enjoy T-Mobile and the coverage. I've called about the bad service and now I'm being told that since I've had the phone 7 months - even though I've complained, it shows it can't be that bad. OK, so I tried to make it work- didn't take calls until I'm in the right spot, delay returning calls to clients until I was on a land line and generally make very few calls on the phone - just so I can be told sorry you messed up you trusted us! Yes I need Jessie's number too. I just feel I shouldn't have to buy myself out of bad service.
