Mr. Foxman's commentary "The Dangerous Brew" marks a much belated moment of revelation for him. The danger to Israel and the Jews today comes not from traditional enemies on the Right or old time anti-Semitism but from the United Nations and the modern Left. Rare is the elite university campus today that does not have a strong anti-Zionist movement, often led by tenured professors on the Left who hate America as much as they hate Israel. Will the likely incoming Democratic administration have the strength of purpose to spurn their domestic alies on the Left and rally the US to support Israel in its impending existential crisis? I fear not.
