It's odd how religious people are offended when someone says their beliefs are nonsense, whereas atheists are quite able to have a conversation without feeling a sense of outrage, unless of course someone is trying to force them to live their lives according to the Bible, or the Koran or whatever. Then what has hitherto been simply pathological becomes malignant. And religious people are always trying to force people to live according to their own tenets, because they all think they know what God wants. People too outraged to hear another's opinion tend to turn into bigots - which is why we're in this mess we are today. The religious folks like to vote to whoever is the most shameless in exploiting this terrifying mental condition that's consuming the world in oppression and violence.
