Just one tinky-boo problem (aside from the whole "Nanny State" issue, of course)... Salt has not actually been conclusively proven to contribute to either high blood pressure or heart disease, contrary to what the Food Stasi have done such a good job of convincing the American public of over the last 20-odd years. This is just another step down the increasingly slippery slope to the Food Stasi "ideal" of a U.S. which looks like a combination of "THX-1138" and "Equilibrium", with a little "1984" thrown in for good measure.
