It depends on whether you want to win or lose in Iraq who is the dumbya. Wars are not won by retreating, nor by reducing troops. Neither is a war easily won by the side that is divided. My conclusion is that we should either get in all over or remove ourselves altogether. Long live America, and give us a completely new congress !
