To its everlasting shame, the 94th Congress betrayed South Vietnam. I do not think that this current congress will repeat this type of act in this case, but I also have no illusions that this current congress and administration care about IRAQ. They are, as they always are, politicians. They will take the easiest way out of something for their benifit.
