i was surprised that khalidi was taken seriously in chicago but he certainly fits well in columbia... martin kramer's khalidi kritique, however, seems both poignant and prescient http://sandbox.blog-city.com/unreal_rashid_khalidi.htm ...one must admire the man's consistency
