John Kerry is the worse excuse for a Senator or a human being that I can think of. While our young soldiers are fighting and dying he continues to open that elitist trap of his and say the God awfuliest things about our military. This was no "botched joke." He meant exactly what he said. Only days after he was being pounded to apologize, did his office release the real so-called "joke" that he meant to say. Nice try but it won't work. The fact that he released his so-called "apology" on his internet site means only one thing - he isn't smart enough to stand up to any questionis about his dispicable behavior.
However, unfortunate that it is, the State of Massachuettes continues to re-elect people like him. Why? Who knows? It's hard to tell one politician from another anymore. Once upon a time, not that many years ago, we at least could vote for the lesser of 2 evils. We don't even have that option any longer.
I have to admit that I am mightily disappointed with the way things have gone in Iraq, mainly for our soldiers. The Iraqi people don't know how lucky they are that they have a chance for real freedom and they seem to be throwing it away with 2 hands. So be it.
If there is anybody to blame for the Iraqi mess, it most certainly cannot be laid at the feet of our soldiers. How could it? They have been thrown into unimaginable horror with one hand tied behind their back.
Each one deserves forever thanks and gratitude.
Now lets get the hell out of Iraq, bring our soldiers home and put them on our own borders.
Meantime, I wish the people of Mass. would wise up and kick bums like Kerry and Kennedy out of office once and for all. It's not likely to happen but it sure makes for a nice dream.
