No one said anything about this being Bush's brainchild, not by a long shot. Also, just wondering, where did you get your facts from? Kanye West was the only person who informed us that George Bush hates black people, and last time I checked, Kanye West is far from being a reputable source. Next, the lack of progress in New Orleans has mostly to do with the insane amount of bureaucratic red tape, which is also hindering Mississippi's rebuilding, too. Obviously you haven't been down to the Gulf Coast recently, because all I see when I go there is the rebuilt Beau Rivage and concrete slabs. Sure, people are trying to get their lives together, but Mississippi's main gripe is that they have an even more delayed response than the one New Orleans received because of the lack of media coverage Mississippi is getting. So no, let's not pin Mississippi as rebuilt, because it's not.
