I saw the opera in Palm Beach , Flodrida The house was full except for the very front seats. It was an experience unlike any I have ever had with opera. I saw I Puritani in New York two weeks ago. I much preferred the movie veersion. I could see the singers breathe,I could see all their facxial expressions, I felt on stage with them. The sound was marvelous. The audience applauded heartedly with the audience at the Met. I certainly will go again.

The audience was mostly elderly and knowledgable . They all had been to the Met or City opera some time in their lives
