Maloney Wins Support of ACLU For Regulation of Abortion Ads

Submitted by Peggy Fabre, Jan 11, 2007 13:00

This is news to me, does Planned Parenthood provide abortion services? I have also heard horror stories of Planned Parenthood and abortionists terrifying women and holding them hostage (so to speak)to promote their agenda and forceably perform abortions on women who changed their minds. People who stand for something are generally passionate about what they stand for and some extremist (on both sides) go too far in trying to persuade someone else to see things their way. I also know each side wants to bring the vulnerable and helpless woman into their ring first. The issue made here should be; does both Planned Parenthood and the Crisis Pregnancy Center provide the women with all the facts about each choice (option to be made) so that the women can make the choice that she feels is best for her? Does every business list all of its services and/or products sold in its advertisements? Does everyone absolutely know what to expect from a business solely by the name? I don't think anyone wants "Truth in Advertising" to go so far as to require businesses to list all of its products and services to not "deceive" the consumer. If it is truly the woman's choice; why is this such a big issue by pro-abortionists? Isn't both Planned Parenthood and the Crisis Pregnancy Center both concerned about the Mother?
