GIs Raid Iranian Building in Irbil

I fail to see how this is truly foreign. The article starts of good talking about the US arrest of 6 Iranian suspects, but then it jumps to Bush and his meeting with the family of a murdered soldier. That whole paragraph totally derailed the article. What has been picked up on by Rueters, Al-Jazeera, and other news feeds has been the fact that the US does not have the authority to arrest Iranian consulates. The US says they are not official consulates, but the Kurdish ruling authority does say they are consulates and that the US had no right to arrest them. Did the US over step their authority in Iraq? the Kurdish region is fairly stable and the government maintains good authority. Should the US have worked with the Kurdish authorities? Talking about the idea of attacking Iran or Syria an constitutional authority is a moot point. The constitution has been all but killed.
