You forgot the part in Fitzgerald's press conference wherein he says Libby was the first official to discuss Plame with reporters. If that is a crime, then Armitage pulled off the perfect one in Fitzgerald's eyes I guess.
Well, and the part of saying this publicly, and tainting a jury pool. Especially given that Fitzgerald did not know Armitage leaked to Bob Woodward - isn't that what investigators are supposed to do? Investigate so they don't lie in press conferences?
