I ,too,am a descendant of Alexander Hamilton (5th great) and we were all deeply touched by all who came out on Jan. 11th to Trinity Church to commemorate his birthday that cold afternoon. We didn't expect so many people and you all had such kind words to say to us. We were also grateful to the man who left his business card at Alexander's grave with the words "Happy 250th (or 252nd) Birthday Mr Hamilton! It was a deeply moving experience for all of us and New York sure did Alexander proud that day! Thanks so much.
