Republican Group Chides Democrats With Abortion Ads
in response to reader comment: The value of life.

I consider myself to be both liberal and moderate. While I do think that women who plan to have children should get married first, I don't think that a woman has to be married in order to have sex. Because there is such a thing as birth control, which has been available since the early 1960s. I also do not agree with people who state that the birth control methods are not accurate. I think that birth control, if used consistenty and correctly, will be about 99% effective at preventing unwanted pregnancies.

I am a staunch Democrat. Always have been and probably always will be. And, I think that the methods of this guy who is responsible for the running of these disgusting anti-abortion ads, explains why most African Americans will probably never go back to the Republican Party again. And, I find it offensive anyway that the way people like him are trying to get our votes, by trying to make us divisive with the liberal members of the Democratic party, instead of them (Republicans) trying to woo us with economic, health care, and educational issues. Those are the things that most black people vote on the most, and not these social, religious wedge issues.
